NSGIC has announced the keynote speaker for its third annual Elections GeoSummit. Neal Kelley, Registrar of Voters for Orange County, California, will share learnings from 16 years of leading that office and serving 1.8 million registered voters in the fifth largest voting jurisdiction in the U.S.

Themed Technology, Elections, Relationships, the summit promises insights and best practices on how to enhance the nation’s election systems. Besides the keynote, the program features a panel discussion on the significance of the master address database to election administration and a tech forum covering the essential components required for enhanced voter registration system and GIS integration. The summit, which will be held virtually, ends with a social event for networking and discussion.

Each year, the Elections GeoSummit brings together the nation’s leaders in elections management and geographic information systems (GIS) to share leading-edge findings and craft best practices to enhance election systems.
